Monster Energy® Kawasaki Team Green™ Riders Showcase Talent at Annual RCSX

Monster Energy® Kawasaki Team Green™ riders delivered a strong performance at the Ricky Carmichael Daytona Amateur Supercross (RCSX) last weekend. Held annually during the Daytona Supercross weekend, RCSX serves as a premier showcase for the next generation of talent, giving amateur riders the opportunity to compete on a professional-style track and continue progressing through the ranks of the sport. Competing aboard Kawasaki’s championship-proven KX™ platform, the Team Green lineup showcased both race-winning speed and valuable experience on the demanding supercross-style circuit.

Leading the effort was Vincent Wey, who secured the victory in both the Open A Class and the 250 A Road to SX Futures Class aboard his Kawasaki KX™250, putting together a composed ride to claim the top step of the podium. Teammate Kade Johnson joined Wey at the front of the field, delivering a consistent ride on his Kawasaki KX™250 to finish second in both classes, giving Team Green an impressive 1–2 result and further reinforcing the program’s depth of talent.

Additional Team Green riders also made their presence felt throughout the event. Jett Rau put together a strong ride to finish fourth in the 85cc Limited Class aboard his Kawasaki, while Dane Pappas secured a third in the Schoolboy 2 Class before ultimately suffering an injury that would end his efforts prematurely.

For Team Green, the event once again demonstrated the strength of Kawasaki’s rider development pipeline and the performance of the KX™ lineup at every level of competition.
