Kawasaki Team Green™ Delivers Multiple Wins and Podiums at Cal Classic

Kawasaki Team Green™ riders delivered an impressive showing at the Cal Classic, securing multiple overall victories and podium finishes across a range of amateur classes. Leading the effort was Dane Pappas, who dominated the weekend with four class victories, while Ryder Ellis and Vincent Wey added strong podium results across both amateur and pro classes.

Pappas put together a flawless performance, sweeping all four of his classes with perfect 1-1 moto scores to earn overall victories in 250 B, 250 B/C Open, Open B, and Schoolboy 2. His consistency and control across each moto established him as one of the standout performers of the event aboard his KX™250.

Ellis demonstrated his versatility with an overall victory in Supermini 1, going 1-1 across both motos. He followed that with a second overall finish in Supermini 2 B/C (1-2) and added a third overall in Schoolboy 1 B/C (2-3), consistently running up front across multiple classes.

Wey competed against top competition in the pro classes, earning second overall in 250 Pro with consistent 2-2 moto finishes. He added two third overall results in the 450 Pro (4-5) and Open Pro (3-5) Classes, continuing to build momentum against experienced competition.

The strong results at Cal Classic highlight the depth of Kawasaki Team Green talent across all levels as the program continues to develop the next generation of racers. Riders will now prepare for the next King of the West AMA State Championship Event next month in Pala, CA, for the Loretta Lynn’s Southwest Regional Championship.
