Holeshot King Sets the Stage in the Music City Spotlight
Set against the electric backdrop of Broadway in downtown Nashville, Tennessee, Jeremy McGrath’s Holeshot King returned to deliver one of the most visually striking and fan engaging moments of the weekend. Designed as a test of reaction time, clutch control, and acceleration, the event strips racing down to the start, where victory is decided in a matter of seconds. Held before Round 13 of Monster Energy® AMA Supercross, the Holeshot King pits the industry’s most legendary riders head-to-head in a bracket-style format, launching off the gate in short sprints to the finish. With no room for error, the format places complete emphasis on precision and instinct, rewarding riders who can balance aggression with control as they shoot down the start straight.

The Downtown Nashville location brought an added layer of excitement, with fans packing the street and nearby rooftops, alongside the city’s energetic atmosphere. Representing Monster Energy® Kawasaki, Jeremy McGrath added a layer of legacy to the event, showcasing his skilled nature in a discipline he helped define. Lining up against a competitive field, McGrath demonstrated the same sharp instincts and technical precision that earned him his “King of Supercross” title, advancing through the brackets with clean, calculated launches. While McGrath ultimately secured a second-place finish, his performance served as a reminder that the “art of the start” remains a defining skill in Supercross, capable of shaping outcomes before the first lap even unfolds.
