MONSTER ENERGY®/PRO CIRCUIT/KAWASAKI RIDER CAMERON MCADOO FINISHES SECOND AND EXTENDS POINTS LEAD IN FOXBOROUGH
Foothill Ranch, Calif. (April 14, 2024) - Monster Energy®/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki rider Cameron McAdoo continued his momentum, securing another podium finish and extending his points lead in the 250SX Eastern Regional Championship on Saturday night in Foxborough, Mass. Teammate Seth Hammaker would showcase speed through the day until a crash early in the 250SX Main Event would sideline him for the night. Monster Energy Kawasaki Team Green™ rider Drew Adams battled through the slick and rutted track claiming his third consecutive 250SX Futures race win of the season. Monster Energy® Kawasaki rider Jason Anderson showcased speed and comfort, finishing fourth in the 450SX Main Event. Teammate Adam Cianciarulo finished 15th continuing to battle with an ankle injury from St. Louis.

“It was a solid weekend with my Monster Energy®/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki team. I felt great on my KX™250 all day and we made some changes through the night that I was stoked with. A win is obviously what we hope for, but I’m still stoked to have run a near flawless race and hold onto that points lead. It was my first time in Foxborough and it was awesome. Now I can’t wait for the East/West Showdown next weekend in Nashville.”
Seth Hammaker
“I started off the weekend strong in qualifying and the heat race and felt really good about the night despite my few falls and mud-bogging moment earlier in the day. I had great starts and felt good until I got sideways in the whoops and went down straight on my shoulder. I didn’t dislocate it, but it felt really sore and weak so we decided to end the race early to prevent anything worse happening. We have the speed, I just need to stop making these small mistakes. Now we need to get ready for the East/West Showdown!”

“It was another great weekend with my Monster Energy®/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki team. Back to back wins and now a Triple Crown under my belt feels great. The team and I have been working so well together, I couldn’t be more stoked. Winning all three with nearly flawless races and extending the points lead is exactly how I wanted to head into this break. I felt so good on my KX™250 all day and I’m excited to see which is the best coast at our East/West shootout here in a few weeks in Nashville.”
Jason Anderson
“This weekend was a huge step forward for me. We made some changes on my KX™450SR that were very positive, and I felt great all weekend. This was also a special weekend celebrating my daughter’s first birthday, so I had a special gear and helmet for her this weekend that my team surprised me with. Overall it was a good weekend and I’ll keep making progression to be back on the podium.”
Adam Cianciarulo
“Another weekend down. Since announcing my retirement last week, these last few rounds are really important to me. Despite my ankle injury from St. Louis, I’m determined to finish out this season no matter what. Although the injury is not doing me any favors, I’m just stoked to be out there riding my Kawasaki. Thank you to my team for these last 20 years, let’s finish out these last four rounds strong.”
Austin Forkner
“All I can say is wow, what a great start to the season. A year ago we didn’t make it past the first turn, and now here we are, holeshot, heat race and main event winners. It’s been a long, hard road to get here, but it feels great to be back up on top. A lot of people have doubted me and my return, but I’m glad to be back to where I feel like I belong. We have done lots of training, and I felt great on my KX™250 all weekend. I can’t thank my Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki team, trainers and family enough. This is a game changer for me and I’m ready to keep this red plate.”

“The day was going good until it wasn’t. I qualified pretty good and I felt comfortable in the mud. I had a good start for the heat race and set myself up in a good position for the mud and the main event. In the main I felt comfortable and thought we were going to have a good race until we had an issue that ended our night. I am bummed out for the night to end that way because I felt like I ran pretty good all day and had a great chance at a podium. But we will regroup and get back to it this week and come in firing to San Diego.”
