Babbitt's Online/Monster Energy®/Kawasaki Team Green™ Riders Find Mixed Results at the Tiger Run Grand National Cross Country Championship
Babbitt's Online/Monster Energy®/Kawasaki Team Green™ returned to Grand National Cross Country racing over the weekend, after a three-week hiatus, at the Big Buck Farm in Union, South Carolina. After three hours of racing through the pines, both XC1 pilots, Josh Strang and Grant Baylor, as well as the defending XC2 champion, Lyndon Snodgrass, would finish the event with top-10 results.

Josh Strang
"I had a great start thanks to my KX450X but then lacked a little speed. I finally found the pace and rebounded a bit in the final few laps, so there was progress made, but this class is really fast right now. A few years ago a ride like that would have for sure earned a podium. I'm happy to be through it and the facility did a great job with providing some fresh trails to offer a bit of variety for us all."
Grant Baylor
"It was a tough weekend, but we kept racing all the way to the checkered. I fought for every spot and made some decent headway in the closing stages of the race. It would have been nice to have grabbed seventh position right there at the end and I closed the gap completely, but ultimately I wasn't able to get the pass done."

Lyndon Snodgrass
"It was a tough race at Big Buck for the second time this season. Our goal is to be battling for wins and I expect myself to be consistently on the podium, so of course this weekend didn't go true to plan. That said, we managed to secure a top-10 and we are ready to keep the championship fight going in the weeks to come.”
