MXGP Results

Francisco Garcia
EMX250
"The track was pretty sketchy and demanded respect. I got a little arm pump in both motos, but I stayed calm; I didn't need to pull a bigger gap, but I could play with the track for another perfect weekend. I have a big lead in the championship, but we cannot relax; we will remain concentrated and keep improving."
Mathis Valin
MX2
"I gave everything in the first moto to come back strongly for second from a poor start, but I paid the penalty and was a little tired in the second. But that's four podiums in a row, and I'm getting better every weekend. I always give my best, and I'm taking it race-by-race so we will see in the second half of the season where we stand in the championship."
Romain Febvre
MXGP
"It was a consistent weekend with decent starts. I was second for 20 minutes in the first moto, but they were pushing hard behind me and were finding fresh lines, so they were able to take advantage when I made a couple of small mistakes, and I had to be satisfied with fourth. I felt much better physically for Race 2, and I could take the holeshot too; they passed me straight away on the first lap, but I could run their pace. I even closed down Lucas with two laps to go, but in the end I was satisfied to secure the podium and good points for the championship."
Pauls Jonass
MXGP
"Not so bad; I felt good all weekend, and this track is never easy, but I think we did a good job as a team. We found good solutions on the suspension and even made some more good decisions for the second moto to make me even more comfortable. I came out good on the inside from the starts and made some good passes through the first few corners of Race 2 to come out fourth. It was nice to see so many fans, and I felt their love all day; it was nice to celebrate with my first Top 5 of the season."
