SEEWER AND FEBVRE FINISH TOP SIX IN EXCITING CZECH MXGP ROUND
In a dramatic Czech round of the FIM World MXGP Motocross Championship at Loket, Kawasaki Racing Team MXGP riders Jeremy Seewer and Romain Febvre showcased their resilience and skill. Seewer blasted out of the gate on his KX™450SR, securing his fourth holeshot of the season. Despite intense pressure from title contenders, he maintained fourth place in race one. In race two, he fought from seventh to briefly hold fifth, finishing fifth overall and retaining his championship position. Febvre, after a blistering morning warm-up, faced a tough start in race one, emerging fourteenth but advancing to sixth with methodical precision. In race two, he held a solid fourth until a jump aggravated his right ankle, forcing him to slow and finish sixth overall. Febvre remains seventh in the series standings, marking a strong return from injury.Kawasaki Racing Team MXGP's Jeremy Seewer consolidated fifth in the FIM Motocross World Championship series standings with consistent finishes at the second GP on consecutive weekends on the Indonesian island of Lombok.

"I managed a good fourth place but I take too long to get into the race. My start was not quite so good in the second race; it's always tough to pass here and I was felt a little empty in the end. But I was happy I get through this GP safe; I didn't make any mistakes and a lot of riders are going home in pain. Now on to Lommel; I think we are fit enough so we just need some laps in the sand this week to get the feeling."
Romain Febvre
"It's never easy to jump back into the championship mid-season after a break, so overall the result was not too bad with a sixth and a fifth. I was missing just a little physically but I had hoped my speed would be a little better in the first race. In the second race I could match the speed of the leaders until I overstretched my ankle on a jump; I had to slow down for two or three laps and that cost me fourth."

“It was an unfortunate result at the end, but I'm super happy with my riding and where we're at with my KX250X. I started the race in third and passed my way into the lead through the Pro Section. I was then able to extend a decent gap ahead of the competition until I had an issue and needed to pull into the pits. We got the issue resolved and I jumped back into the race to salvage a sixth place finish.”
