Kawasaki Team Green™ Shines at The Motoplayground Race Spring A Ding Ding

Kawasaki Team Green™ riders brought the heat to Oak Hill Raceway this past week, taking on fierce competition and the unforgiving Texas sun at The Motoplayground Race Spring A Ding Ding. With stacked gates across all classes and the added challenge of soaring temperatures, the racers rose to the occasion, delivering a series of impressive performances.

Aiden Zingg showed his speed and consistency in a packed schedule, earning third place finishes in both the 250B Limited and 250B classes aboard his KX™250. He also competed in the 450B and Schoolboy 2 (12-17) classes, gaining valuable experience against top talent.

Ryder Ellis had a full week contesting three stacked classes - Supermini 1 (12-15), Supermini 2 (13-16), and Schoolboy 1 (12-17) B/C classes. Ellis' highlight of the week came from an impressive fourth place finish in the Supermini 2 (13-16) division on his KX™112. He showcased his talent and perseverance all week long.

As the sun set and the stadium lights took over, Johnathan Getz rose to the occasion in the Supercross 250 Pro Sport class. Getz put on a dominant performance, securing the top spot and staking his claim as a serious contender this season.

With warm temperatures and competition at its fiercest, Kawasaki Team Green™ riders showed their resilience and determination. From podium finishes to valuable learning experiences, the racers leave Texas with renewed confidence and valuable momentum for the season ahead.

Spring a Ding Ding Results Highlights

Aiden Zingg

“The competition was tough, but I felt strong on my Kawasaki all week. Landing two podium finishes in the 250B classes was a great feeling, and I’m excited to keep building momentum for the season ahead.”

Ryder Ellis

“This week had its highs and lows, but overall, there was a lot of valuable moments to take away from every race. I had some solid battles and learned a lot about where I need to improve. Finishing 4th in Supermini 2 was a good takeaway, but I know I have more in me. I’m motivated and excited to put in the work and come back stronger.”

Cole Zeller

“It was an unfortunate result at the end, but I'm super happy with my riding and where we're at with my KX250X. I started the race in third and passed my way into the lead through the Pro Section. I was then able to extend a decent gap ahead of the competition until I had an issue and needed to pull into the pits. We got the issue resolved and I jumped back into the race to salvage a sixth place finish.”
