Pro Circuit Kawasaki Off-Road Team Takes on Silver State Grand Prix with Grit
The Pro Circuit Kawasaki Off-Road Team faced challenging conditions at Round 4 of the National Grand Prix Championship in Reno, Nevada, as the Silver State Grand Prix delivered a demanding mix of high-speed terrain, deep ruts, and heavy dust throughout the pro races. Despite tough circumstances, the team pushed through with determination, highlighted by a Top 5 finish from Colton Aeck in the Pro II class.
In the Pro II Class, Colton Aeck delivered a strong and consistent performance aboard his KX™250X, securing a fifth-place finish after battling through a stacked field. Known for its long race format and ever-changing track conditions, the Nevada layout tested both endurance and race management, with Aeck maintaining a steady pace and minimizing mistakes to remain inside the Top 5 from start to finish.
In the Pro Class, Justin Hoeft showed early promise before ultimately needing to retire from the race early. The fast and technical Reno circuit, combined with heavy dust and limited visibility, made for a chaotic and physically demanding race, as riders were forced to manage both pace and positioning throughout the extended moto. Hoeft was unable to complete the race, marking a tough result in an otherwise competitive start to the 2026 NGPC season, where he has already demonstrated front-running speed.
The Silver State Grand Prix once again proved to be one of the more grueling stops on the NGPC calendar, with long motos and unpredictable conditions pushing riders to their limits. The Pro Circuit Kawasaki Off-Road Team will look to rebound and build momentum as the championship heads into Round 5 in Pala, California, next month.
